Re-Zealiance is an experiential workshop for those seeking greater vitality, meaning, and connection in life. Grounded in practical tools for reintegrating mind, body, and purpose, it supports resilience and a more grounded sense of aliveness in daily life.
Participants will engage with Mary Oliver’s poem “Wild Geese” as a grounding point for exploring belonging and human vulnerability. Together, we’ll reflect on the pain that often accompanies disconnection and examine how we respond to emotional challenges—what helps, what those strategies may cost, and how greater awareness can support healthier choices.
Drawing on Brené Brown’s “Rising Strong,” the workshop will explore emotional growth while introducing the four guiding principles of Re-Zealiance. From there, we’ll move into practices that support nervous system calming, mindful awareness, reclaiming vitality, gratitude, and fostering secure connection with others, Spirit, soul, and one’s inner life.
We’ll close with reflection, practical takeaways, and meaningful next steps to carry this work into daily life.
