Welcome to The Places That Scare You by Pema Chödrön, our Fall Book Series at Unity Minneapolis!
This powerful book invites us to meet life’s challenges with greater courage, compassion, and openness. Over the course of seven weeks, we’ll explore Pema Chödrön’s wisdom and consider how it speaks to our own lives—especially in those moments when we find ourselves facing fear, uncertainty, or discomfort.
While The Places That Scare You offers plenty to reflect on individually, there is something special about exploring a book together. Through meaningful conversation, we’ll have the opportunity to share insights, ask questions, learn from one another, and discover new perspectives along the way.
Wherever and however you choose to participate, we invite you to read, reflect, share, and explore what becomes possible when we meet these “places that scare us” together.
