We all carry meaningful stories from our lives—moments of insight, challenge, healing, growth, and spiritual awakening. This two-part workshop invites participants to reflect on those experiences and shape them into stories that can be shared with family, friends, community, and future generations. Whether you attended the first series or are joining for the first time, this workshop offers a meaningful experience centered around reflection, connection, and spiritual listening.
In the first session, participants will reflect on spiritually significant moments, hear story interview examples to spark ideas, and begin shaping a personal story through guided exercises and partner sharing. Simple take-home prompts will help continue the process between sessions.
In the second session, we’ll gather in small groups to share the stories we’ve created together and explore practical ways to record and preserve them as a lasting legacy for loved ones and future generations.
Along the way, you’ll hear powerful stories from others, gain tools for uncovering additional stories from your own life, and explore ways to preserve and share them meaningfully.
