This series invites us into an immersive exploration of awe and wonder— emotions that can shift us physically, psychologically, and spiritually. Together, we’ll explore how these experiences open us to greater presence, perspective, and connection.
The journey includes two in-person classroom sessions at Unity Minneapolis, paired with optional field experiences designed to help us embody what we’re learning.

Introduction to Awe & Wonder

Integration & Reflection
