As the colder months approach, the Unity Minneapolis Outreach Team is partnering with PRISM, our local Golden Valley nonprofit, to help provide warmth and comfort to people in our community who may be struggling to make ends meet.

PRISM takes a dignity-first approach to supporting individuals and families, providing access to food, clothing, housing assistance, and other essential resources. Through this winter drive, we have an opportunity to help make sure our neighbors have something warm to wear and something cozy to wrap up in when the temperatures drop.

From September 27 through November 1, the Outreach Team will be collecting clean, gently used coats and blankets in the Garden Court at Unity Minneapolis.

As PRISM reminds us, building healthy, stable communities is a shared effort. Your donation, whether it’s a warm winter coat, a cozy blanket, or both, can make a meaningful difference for someone in our community.
