Board of Trustees meetings are held on the last Monday of each month.
Board of Trustees' meeting will include a “Dialoguing in Love” opportunity. We’ve created this topic as an opportunity for you to speak and be heard. We’re reserving 15 minutes; enough time for five 2-minute slots. Anyone who wants to speak, can, on a first-come, first-served basis. We look forward to seeing, and hearing you.
The Board of Trustees has adopted the following rules of order for all monthly Board meetings. Please be aware that those attending Board meetings will be expected to:
• Be present and seated when the meeting is called to order at 6:45 PM. Should there be changes to the start time, the change will be announced to the congregation at the Sunday service prior to the meeting.
• Sit in the designated area, which will be separate from that of the Board members.
• Follow the direction of the Board timekeeper if participating in the “Dialoguing in Love” portion of the agenda.
• Speak only when recognized and given the floor by the Board President and address your comments directly to the Board President. Depending on the number of people attending the meeting, the speaker may be asked to stand.
• Leave the meeting after close of the open and official Board business section of the meeting, typically after the meditation. The Board will then be in closed executive session for discussion and planning.
Attendees who do not follow these rules may be found out of order and asked to relinquish the floor or be dismissed from the meeting.
