Following the initial July 27 meeting, Board of Trustees meetings will be held on the last Monday of each month.

The Board of Trustees has adopted the following rules of order for all monthly Board meetings. Please be aware that those attending Board meetings will be expected to:

•    Be present and seated when the meeting is called to order at 6:45 PM.  Should there be changes to the start time, the change will be announced to the congregation at both services on the Sunday prior to the meeting.
•    Sit in the designated area, which will be separate from that of the Board members.
•    Follow the direction of the Board timekeeper if participating in the “Dialoging in Love” portion of the agenda.
•    Speak only when recognized and given the floor by the Board President and address your comments directly to the Board President. Depending on the number of people attending the meeting, the speaker may be asked to stand.
•    Leave the meeting after close of the open and official Board business section of the meeting, typically after the meditation. The Board will then be in closed executive session for discussion and planning.

Attendees who do not follow these rules may be found out of order and asked to relinquish the floor or be dismissed from the meeting.
