Meet Our Staff

Rev. Pat is committed to supporting individuals in growth as well as transformation through Unity principles. Before coming to Unity Minneapolis, he served as minister to congregations in Kansas City, MO; Evanston, IL; and Cincinnati, OH. He was a board member of the Association of Unity Churches, is past chair of Unity Worldwide Ministries, and is the former chair of Unity World Headquarters at Unity Village.

After working as an Administrative Assistant for the Chairman of Hubbard Broadcasting for 35 years, Connie retired and just “played” for five years. Then she volunteered to be an Office Angel at Unity Minneapolis, which led to her taking on the role of Office Administrator in 2009.

Rev. Kevin serves as an On Call Minister at Unity Minneapolis. He has been a member of Unity Minneapolis since 1998. Previously to his career as a minister, he completed his master’s and doctoral degrees in counseling psychology here in Minneapolis. He has also been employed as a Consulting Psychologist with Korn Ferry since 2000.

Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Concordia University in St. Paul and an Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mankato State University. Maggie comes to us with a wealth of accounting experience in both private business and public schools.

Service and loving commitment to our church community for over 4 decades has led Nancy Maiello to the role of Executive Director. She proudly continues a family legacy in her work to provide excellence in technology, communication, finance, building & grounds, and the quality of our spiritual home.

Karen Onny began her spiritual path as a student of yoga, tai chi and later Qigong. Her work as a massage therapist and yoga teacher has been her passion for decades. In 2011, Karen was introduced to Unity Minneapolis. She quickly became a Prayer Chaplain and continued until being called to serve as Pastoral Care Coordinator in 2025. Always the learner, always the student, Karen became a Licensed Unity Teacher in 2021. She will continue to serve by reminding us of who we truly are, using our principles of prayer and meditation, and trusting our Divine Nature. Karen will demonstrate with prayer, self-care, and service how we can create a more balanced and healthier lifestyle.

Becky brings a deep passion for spiritual development and a heartfelt commitment to our community. With roots in early childhood education, yoga therapy and program management, she blends mindfulness, creativity, and compassion in her work. Becky is passionate about fostering spaces where all feel seen, valued, and connected in Spirit.

Adam blends his passion for spiritual growth, community building, and the performing arts as our Adult Education & Volunteer Coordinator. He is deeply committed to creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where volunteers and adult learners alike can thrive. Adam oversees and supports 150+ volunteers, develops Unity-approved curriculum, leads engaging classes and small groups, and collaborates closely with senior leadership to align programming with the church’s mission. He brings over a decade of experience in acting, directing, and production management, infusing his leadership with creativity, thoughtful communication, and a strong sense of collaboration.

Jay has been part of Unity Minneapolis for over 12 years serving as Video Production Manager, overseeing the live streaming of Sunday services and special events. In addition to his role at church, he works as a data scientist for the State of Minnesota. When not in the production booth, his three kids can often be found in the Sunday school classrooms, making church life a true family experience.

My name is Francisco Davison, and thrilled to be part of this community! I bring many years of custodial experience in churches and other buildings, along with a background in customer service. I’m excited to use these skills to help care for our church building and support the congregation in any way I can. My goal is to serve with dedication and joy, helping to create a welcoming and well-maintained space for everyone.

Lori Dokken has been involved in the music industry for more than 35 years, as a cabaret performer, vocalist, pianist, arranger, producer, educator, and musical director. She enjoys being the Music Director of Unity Minneapolis and brings her passion for music to everything she does in this role.

Rachel Holder is a St. Paul singer renowned for her versatile vocals and stage presence. She's graced stages at venues like Dakota Jazz Club, Crooners Ordway Center, Chanhassen Theatre, and more. With teaching roles at McNally Smith, Macalester College, Concordia University, and Saint Paul Conservatory of Music, she's both a musician and educator. In 2023, Rachel accepted the position of Choir Director at Unity Minneapolis.
