Meet Our Staff

Rev. Pat is committed to supporting individuals in growth as well as transformation through Unity principles. Before coming to Unity Minneapolis, he served as minister to congregations in Kansas City, MO; Evanston, IL; and Cincinnati, OH. He was a board member of the Association of Unity Churches, is past chair of Unity Worldwide Ministries, and is the former chair of Unity World Headquarters at Unity Village.

Rev. Toni Fish joined Unity Minneapolis focusing on Adult Education and Outreach in March 2020. For 18 years she was the Senior Minister of Unity in Frederick, Maryland, leaving in 2019 to expand her spiritual journey. She was a member of the Unity Worldwide Ministries Board of Trustees and served as President of the Board during her final year. She is looking forward to greater connection with the Twin Cities community.

Rev. Kevin currently serves as Associate Minister at Unity Minneapolis with a focus on pastoral care. He has been a member of Unity Minneapolis since 1998. Previously to his career as a minister, he completed his master’s and doctoral degrees in counseling psychology here in Minneapolis. He has also been employed as a Consulting Psychologist with Korn Ferry since 2000.

Service and loving commitment to our church community for over 4 decades has led Nancy Maiello to the role of Executive Director. She proudly continues a family legacy in her work to provide excellence in technology, communication, finance, building & grounds, and the quality of our spiritual home.

Kathryn Chan discovered Unity in Austin, Texas in 1999. She has served with Unity Beaverton and Unity Church in the Gardens in Florida. Since attending Unity Minneapolis in 2018, with her husband and daughter, she knew she'd found her spiritual community. Kathryn’s pursuits follow a similar pattern: to nurture, train, and creatively express. She’s passionate about rehabilitating rescue dogs, leading experiential learning, curating curriculum and native pollinator gardens, practicing yoga and massage therapy, performing leads in musicals...the list goes on!

After working as an Administrative Assistant for the Chairman of Hubbard Broadcasting for 35 years, Connie retired and just “played” for five years. Then she volunteered to be an Office Angel at Unity Minneapolis, which led to her taking on the role of Office Administrator in 2009.

Maggie holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Concordia University in St. Paul and an Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mankato State University. Maggie comes to us with a wealth of accounting experience in both private business and public schools.

Adam is no stranger to Unity Minneapolis with his robust history of volunteer experience since 2016, and he is thrilled to be back on staff to take on the role of Volunteer Coordinator. With over 10 years' experience in the theater, on stage and behind the scenes, Adam is used to working with people of all ages and is looking forward to helping them discover where they want to support the church. Above all, Adam is happy to be of service, and help create meaningful memories and experiences for all those who walk through the doors of Unity Minneapolis.

Lori Dokken has been involved in the music industry for more than 35 years, as a cabaret performer, vocalist, pianist, arranger, producer, educator, and musical director. She enjoys being the Music Director of Unity Minneapolis and brings her passion for music to everything she does in this role.

Rachel Holder is a St. Paul singer renowned for her versatile vocals and stage presence. She's graced stages at venues like Dakota Jazz Club, Crooners Ordway Center, Chanhassen Theatre, and more. With teaching roles at McNally Smith, Macalester College, Concordia University, and Saint Paul Conservatory of Music, she's both a musician and educator. In 2023, Rachel accepted the position of Choir Director at Unity Minneapolis.

Adam is the Founder & Executive Producer at Voice & Impact - a media & consulting agency for mission-driven organizations. He's passionate about systems, storytelling, and music. Discovering Unity in 2016, he resonated with its message of individual spirituality and the inherent goodness in people. Adam is privileged to contribute to Unity Minneapolis, Unity South, and the Unity Movement at large.
